The plasma cutter used is a Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 151. We are holding .030 tolerances. Tighter tolerances can be held using a Kuka HA (High Aaccuracy) robot. We are also regulating torch height through the robot. A water bed is available (not shown in video) to capture dust and smoke. Visit www.industrialroboticsolutions for details or call us toll free at (866)571-1066. We have a full line of welding robots also available. | | | | | | Plasma Oscilator works on motorbike Author: revizal Length: 2 minutes, 19 seconds Rating: 5.0 | Description: Many experimenter had fired their inverter on plasma booster ignition project. This homemade oscilator used as alternate inverter to charge the plasma capacitor. I used 2 A transformer to charge 9.9 uf cap to create a plasma booster on my Yamaha Mio. It worked well and didnot got hot at all. This setup makes us possible to run a motorbike with plasma booster ignition to get better MPG and power. | | | | | | Richland Plasma Gasification Author: InEnTecTV Length: 4 minutes, 22 seconds Rating: 4.0526314 | Description: inentec Environmental's proprietary Plasma Enhanced Melter (PEM™) transforms virtually any type of waste material into valuable commercial products including: - ultra clean fuels that can be used to generate electricity - a glass-like material that can be used to create items such as blasting grit...More Description: inentec Environmental's proprietary Plasma Enhanced Melter (PEM™) transforms virtually any type of waste material into valuable commercial products including: - ultra clean fuels that can be used to generate electricity - a glass-like material that can be used to create items such as blasting grit or building materials and recoverable metals. The technology is currently being demonstrated in Richland, WA, where the PEM™ can process 25 tons of the community's waste per day. | | | | | | Plasma Water Arc Ignition Author: aquapulser Length: 1 minute, 58 seconds Rating: 4.7272725 | Description: Plasma Spark enhanced Ignition powered by the RPG 4700 sprayed with water mist. 100% Mississippi Tap water no additives were used. This synthetic gas (syngas) can be used as a fuel source if properly cleaned. Inorganic compounds melt down and become vitrified, or converted into a hard, glassy substance similar in appearance and weight to obsidian. Metals melt down as well, combining with the rest of the inorganic matter (called slag). Unlike incinerators, which use combustion to break down garbage, there is no burning, or oxidation, in this process. The heat from plasma converters causes pyrolysis, a process in which organic matter breaks down and decomposes. Plasma torches can operate in airtight vessels. Combustion requires oxidization; pyrolysis does not. Plasma waste converters can treat almost any kind of waste, including some traditionally difficult waste materials. It can treat medical waste or chemically-contaminated waste and leave nothing but gases and slag. Because it breaks down these dangerous wastes into their basic elements, they can be disposed of safely. The only waste that a plasma converter can't break down is heavy radioactive material, such as the rods used in a nuclear reactor. If you put such material in a plasma furnace, it would probably catch on fire or even explode. | | | | | | Bottle plasma reactor - Part 1 Author: keshefoundation Length: 9 minutes, 53 seconds Rating: 3.8333333 | Description: In this video (two parts: total 15 minutes) Nuclear engineer Keshe demonstrates with a non-acidic liquid inside a simple waste-bottle, used as a plasma reactor, that it is possible to create low levels of energy and that atomic carbon-layers are deposited on the inside electrodes, which is confirmed...More Description: In this video (two parts: total 15 minutes) Nuclear engineer Keshe demonstrates with a non-acidic liquid inside a simple waste-bottle, used as a plasma reactor, that it is possible to create low levels of energy and that atomic carbon-layers are deposited on the inside electrodes, which is confirmed by a Nuclear Center after independent replication, and is confirmed by a leading Nano-Institute in Europe after Raman spectroscopy. For the creation of the carbon sp2 and sp3 and the energy, no additional sources like magnets, lasers, arcs or gamma rays is used. See www.keshetechnologies.com The experiment happens at room temperature and normal atmospheric pressure. To Keshe, the physical interactions and events which are forced inside the plasma reactor are similar or identical to those that happen over a longer time-scale on micro- and macro-level in the Universe, like the formation of stars and galaxies, supernova's, black holes, dark matter, gravitational effects, radiation, fission and fusion, and so on. | | | | | | Bottle plasma reactor - Part 2 Author: keshefoundation Length: 5 minutes, 46 seconds Rating: 4.3 | Description: In this video (two parts: total 15 minutes) Nuclear engineer Keshe demonstrates with a non-acidic liquid inside a simple waste-bottle, used as a plasma reactor, that it is possible to create low levels of energy and that atomic carbon-layers are deposited on the inside electrodes, which is confirmed...More Description: In this video (two parts: total 15 minutes) Nuclear engineer Keshe demonstrates with a non-acidic liquid inside a simple waste-bottle, used as a plasma reactor, that it is possible to create low levels of energy and that atomic carbon-layers are deposited on the inside electrodes, which is confirmed by a Nuclear Center after independent replication, and is confirmed by a leading Nano-Institute in Europe after Raman spectroscopy.
