Description: Milton William Cooper (May 6, 1943 - November 5, 2001) was an American writer, shortwave broadcaster. Cooper came to public awareness in the late 1980s. The son of a US Air Force officer, Cooper graduated in 1961 from Yamato High School in Japan, and enlisted in the US Air force.
